Why it doesn't wreck your art

It measures every result

Every file is encoded many ways: more or fewer colours, gentler dithering, reusing pixels that didn’t change. Each try is scored against your original, and you see the score.

It keeps your frames

Other tools hit a size limit by dropping most frames or cutting the end of the animation. Frames go last here, and timing is always kept.

It never uploads

Everything runs in your browser, so unreleased art stays private, big files don’t wait on an upload, and there’s no daily limit or watermark.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The tools run on your device, so there is no server cost per file to pass on. No account, watermark or daily limit.

Do you upload my files?

No. Everything is processed in your browser with WebAssembly, and nothing is sent to a server. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works.

How is this different from other emote resizers?

Most tools get under a size limit by throwing frames away or cutting the end of the animation. We search for the best-looking file that fits, keep every frame when it can, and show a quality score so you can check. In our benchmark on the same GIF, other tools kept 27 to 60 of 90 frames; we kept all 90.

Which platforms are covered?

Discord emoji and stickers, Twitch emotes and sub badges, Slack emoji and Kick emotes, plus general GIF tools. Every limit comes from the platform’s own documentation, with the date we checked it.

Do you still have the Lottie tools?

Yes. The Lottie compressor, dotLottie converter and inspector are in the Lottie section below.
